● We do not offer the engraving service as a standalone purchase; it is only available as part of a set order with a golf bag or club case. Please note that orders for the engraving service alone, or orders for items other than those listed above, will be automatically canceled.
●We may not be able to accommodate special characters such as emojis or traditional kanji characters. In such cases, we will engrave using characters that are available without prior notice.
●Since the engraved nameplate and golf bag are shipped together after the engraving is complete, please allow more time than usual for shipment.
●If you order this item along with regular items, the regular items will also be shipped after the engraving is complete.
● You cannot specify a delivery date or time.

● We do not offer gift wrapping.
● We do not accept returns for items that have been personalized. (Excluding cases of defective products or incorrect shipments.)
