A. Orders may be canceled before shipment. Please contact us via our contact form or email. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.

A. Yes, gift wrapping is available for most products. Please refer to the product page for availability.

A. We offer free shipping nationwide within Japan.

A. Orders placed by 12:00 PM JST on business days are eligible for same-day shipping, subject to stock availability. Personalized and pre-order items are excluded.

A. Orders are shipped via Sagawa Express. or JP Post Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for a specific carrier.

A. Currently, we only provide services within Japan.

A. If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges for reasons unrelated to product defects are generally not accepted.

A. Yes. Please contact us when placing your order or you can issue it from your My Account page after placing your order.

A. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, online payment, and other available payment methods. Please refer to the checkout page for the latest payment options.
