・We do not accept orders for gift wrapping only. Please note that such orders will be automatically canceled.
・If the “Ordering Address” and “Shipping Address” are the same, we will include a gift bag with your order.
・If the “Ordering Address” and “Shipping Address” are different, we will wrap the item for you. Please note that we will not include an invoice with the package. The ordering customer’s name will be listed on the shipping label.
・We do not offer custom services such as gift wrapping, personalized engraving, or message cards.
・Depending on the size and shape of the item, it may not be eligible for gift wrapping.
・If you order multiple items, we will wrap them together. If you would like them wrapped individually, please be sure to specify this when placing your order.
・Gift-wrapping fees are non-refundable for returns and exchanges.
