About Payment Methods
Credit Card
Please make your payment in accordance with the terms and conditions of your chosen credit card company.
VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover
We accept payments through two payment processing services: Stripe and e-SCOTT. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover. Your payment information is securely encrypted and processed, and we do not store your card information, so you can shop with confidence.
Payment options include one-time payment, 2, 3, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, or 24 installments.
*Please note that depending on your credit card status, installment payments may not be available. We appreciate your understanding.
*The payment date is the date the item is shipped. For some items, such as pre-order items, the payment date may differ.
*We are unable to investigate inquiries regarding debit transactions. Please contact your credit card issuer.
* [For one-time payments] No processing fees.
* [For installment payments] A separate installment processing fee applies. (The installment processing fee varies by credit card issuer.)
To prevent unauthorized use of credit cards, we may take the following measures. We appreciate your understanding.
・If the “Orderer” and the “Cardholder Name” are different, we may ask you to verify your identity (via email or phone).
In addition, if an order is placed under a name other than the customer’s and we are unable to contact the customer within a certain period of time, we may cancel the order.
・Credit cards issued overseas cannot be used.
・To prevent unauthorized use by third parties, we verify the card through our fraud prevention system or directly with the card issuer.
We will ship your order as soon as verification is complete, but the shipment status may temporarily be set to “Shipping Pending” during this process.
Verification may be completed on the same day, but it may take up to approximately 14 days.
The credit cardholder information we verify is used solely to prevent fraudulent orders and will not be used for any other purpose.
Depending on the results of the verification, we may ask you to switch to another payment method (cash on delivery).
・If fraudulent use is detected, we will submit order data and other relevant information to the police, file a report of the incident, and record the details of the fraudulent use in a shared database.
*Please note that even if a family member uses a credit card, we may bill the cardholder directly or charge the cardholder for the expenses in accordance with the duty of care stipulated in the credit card membership terms and conditions.
・If a customer registers false information or another person’s information as personal information, or if any other unauthorized use occurs, we will suspend the use of that account ID.
This is an “authentication service” provided by credit card issuers with the aim of maximizing protection against unauthorized use of your card by third parties (identity theft) during credit card transactions.
The procedure for using the “authentication service” varies by card issuer, so please check with your card issuer.
*Please note that some card issuers (brands) may not support 3D Secure. In such cases, 3D Secure authentication will not be performed, and your purchase will proceed as usual.

Bank Transfer
The bank account details for your payment are listed in the “Order Confirmation Email” sent after your order is complete.
Please transfer the funds to the bank account listed in the email within 7 days.
We will ship the item after confirming your payment.
Please note that you are responsible for any transfer fees.
If we are unable to confirm your payment by the deadline, we may have to cancel your order.
If you do not receive the email with the bank account information, please check your spam folder, trash, and promotions tab.
In addition, emails may not be delivered due to typos in the email address or spam filters.
Please check your email settings. If you still can’t find the email, please contact us using the contact form.

Please check the payment information provided in the “Order Confirmation Email” sent after you complete your order, or the payment number displayed on the order completion screen, and make your payment within 7 days using one of the following methods: convenience stores, e-money, or Pay-easy.
Once we confirm your payment, we will begin processing your order.
Please note that you will be charged a payment processing fee of 150 yen (including tax).
If the payment deadline has passed, we may cancel your order.

You can make payments easily and securely using the shipping and payment information registered with Amazon Pay. Please log in to your Amazon account and complete the payment process. Once your order is complete, we will send you an order confirmation email.

Please note that even after your order is placed via Amazon Pay, payment has not yet been finalized.
Depending on your card information, we may have to cancel your order.
In that case, please check for an expired card, insufficient credit, or other issues, and try the process again.

▪️PayPay
This is a cashless payment service operated by PayPay, Inc. For more details, please visit the “ PayPay website.”
You can place an order using your pre-loaded “PayPay Balance” or “PayPay Credit” only on a smartphone that has the “PayPay app” downloaded.
Before using this service, please review the following precautions.

② On the order confirmation screen, review your order details and click the “Place Order” button.
③ The PayPay app will launch and display your payment details.

② On the order confirmation screen, review your order details and click the “Place Order” button.
③ A QR code for paying with PayPay will be displayed.
④ Open the PayPay app and select “Scan.”
⑤Scan the QR code displayed on your computer screen.
⑥Review the order details during the PayPay payment process, then click the “Pay” button.
⑦You will be redirected back to the order completion screen on the official YUPPY QUOKKA online site.
[Pay via PayPay on a Computer]
① Select PayPay in your shopping cart.
② On the order confirmation screen, review your order details and click the “Place Order” button.
③ A QR code for paying with PayPay will be displayed.
④ Enter your phone number and password to log in.
⑤ Enter the verification code.
⑥Review the order details during the PayPay payment process, then click the “Pay” button.
⑦You will be redirected back to the order confirmation screen on the official YUPPY QUOKKA online site.
You cannot use this service if your “PayPay Balance” is insufficient.
If your payment fails due to an insufficient balance, please top up your balance and try the payment process again.
PayPay cannot be used for pre-order items.
If any defects or issues are found with an item during shipping, preventing it from being delivered, the total amount charged will be reduced.
In that case, we will refund the difference between the original amount and the reduced amount after the shipment is complete.
If payment is not completed within 5 minutes of the payment screen appearing, your order will be automatically canceled.
If you do not return to the order confirmation page from the PayPay app after completing your PayPay payment, your order may not be finalized and the payment may be canceled.
Please note that even if you win a prize, any PayPay bonus that was scheduled to be awarded will be canceled, and we are unable to restore it.
This service is not available in a smartphone’s incognito browser or private mode.
We cannot guarantee that PayPay will function properly if you use a browser other than those recommended.
▪️Apple Pay
You can use credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards registered with Apple Pay. When you select “Apple Pay” as your payment method, the Apple Pay authentication screen will appear. After authenticating with Touch ID, Face ID, or your passcode, the payment will be processed and your order will be confirmed. Since you don’t need to enter your card information with our store, you can pay easily and securely.

You can use credit or debit cards already registered with Google Pay. When you select “Google Pay” as your payment method, the Google Pay authentication screen will appear. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the authentication, and your payment will be processed and your order confirmed. Since you don’t need to enter your card information directly with our store, this makes for a simple and secure payment experience.
